Leikanger

The biggest village on the north side of Stadlandet is idyllically situated with incredible views of Sunnmøre.

In the centre, you will find a grocery store, hairdresser, hotel, restaurant, hardware store and a plumber.

Leikanger is a good starting point for excursions and day trips to other small villages and numerous beautiful mountain hikes, and a gateway to even more spectacular scenery.

Stadpipe
Stadpipe is a key player in value creation all along the west coast of Norway. It has both small and big customers, throughout Norway and abroad.
Since the company was founded in 1995, it has developed into one of the country’s foremost specialists in advanced piping systems.

Ervik Havfiske
Ervik Havfiske is the leading longline fishing vessel owner in Norway and among the largest in terms of catch value.
Sea-frozen line-caught fish is the company’s main product, and the fish is traded on the global market.
The Ervik Havfiske Group consists of over 30 companies that jointly operate and serve the large liner fleet. The group is a leader in research and development. The fleet consists of 10 ocean-going autoline vessels, and the flagship MS Frøyanes is the world’s largest line vessel.
The company also provides duty vessels for use in offshore, workshops, and supply.

Per Stave AS
In modern premises in Stadlandet, the traditional family business P Stave AS continues to exist, (formerly Per Stave AS) Since 1974, they have produced lutefisk and dried fish for sale in shops, and have their own fish reception. For them, the fish is not only a source of income, but also a tradition that is important to pass on to the next generation.
