The right to roam freely in nature also involves certain responsibilities:
- Do not walk across cultivated land, through farmyards, or near inhabited houses and cabins
- Be careful when travelling in the mountains and in the forest
- Do not disturb animal and bird life, especially during the breeding and nesting season
- Do not disturb grazing livestock
- Respect others who are enjoying the outdoors
- Don’t leave any litter behind
